1 cup walnuts
10 medjool dates, pitted
3-4 TBLS cacao powder
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
1 tsp vanilla extract
In a food processor, blend the walnuts until finely chopped. Add in the pitted dates, cacao, coconut and vanilla. Blend until well incorporated. The mixture is ready when it easily sticks together. Roll into balls and enjoy!
